These terms of use govern access to and use of the DRC Pioneers Partners website and online services. By browsing the site or using our forms, you accept these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
Access to the site and use of its features (forms, newsletter, signed-in area) constitute acceptance of these terms of use.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.
2. Purpose of the site
The site presents the activities of DRC Pioneers Partners, a consulting and training firm specialized in customer experience and the exclusive ICXI partner in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
It allows you in particular to view information about our audit, training and certification services, contact us and submit online requests.
3. Access and account
Some features may require an account (signed-in area). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.
We may suspend or restrict access in case of abusive use, breach of these terms, or for security reasons.
4. Online requests
Request forms (audit, training, certification, contact) allow you to send us information with a view to possible support.
Submitting a form does not, by itself, create a contractual commitment to provide services on our part. Any engagement is subject to further discussion and, where applicable, a separate agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and fairly. The following are prohibited in particular: unauthorized access attempts, fraudulent use of forms, dissemination of unlawful or defamatory content, and activities that may harm the operation of the site or our systems.
6. Intellectual property
Site content (texts, visuals, logos, structure, trademarks) is protected. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited without prior written consent from DRC Pioneers Partners.
7. Partnerships and third-party brands
References to ICXI and other partners or organizations are made for informational purposes and within the framework of our partnerships. They do not authorize use of their trademarks without permission from the relevant rights holders.
8. Limitation of liability
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, without warranty of completeness or freedom from error. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DRC Pioneers Partners shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the site or inability to use it.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Subject to any mandatory provisions, disputes relating to their interpretation or performance fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kinshasa.

We may amend these terms at any time. The last updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
